The fissure sealant with fluoride

Helioseal F is a light-curing, white-shaded fissure sealant featuring fluoride release. Fluoride is known to: increase enamel resistance via the promotion of remineralisation and inhibition of demineralisation; reduce plaque growth and plaque activity;  have a bacteriotoxic effect.

Indications

  • To seal pits, fissures, and Foramina Caeca

Advantages

  • Optimum wetting properties
  • Easy to check retention
  • Fluoride release

Benefits for the practice team

  • Effective protection against caries
  • Painless treatment
  • Long-term preservation of natural teeth

Direction to Use

  • Preparation: Ensure the tooth surfaces to be sealed are clean and dry.
  • Application: Use the provided syringe to dispense the sealant directly onto the pits and fissures of the teeth.
  • Precise Placement: Use the fine cannula to apply the sealant precisely, avoiding overfilling and ensuring even coverage.
  • Light Curing: Use a suitable polymerization light, such as Bluephase Style or Bluephase G4, to cure the sealant. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the appropriate curing time and technique.
  • Evaluation: Verify that the sealant has properly cured and formed a tight seal on the tooth surface.
  • Post-treatment: Provide aftercare instructions to the patient, including advice on oral hygiene.

  • 1 x 1gm Syringe
  • 1 x 5 Tips
